INGREDIENTS

1/2 C water (or orange juice)
1/2 C frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 inch fresh ginger , peeled and minced
1 green apple
1 C fresh spinach
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
small handful fresh coriander
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Best served right away in a glass.
