Easy 2 Ingredient Pancakes

INGREDIENTS


2-Ingredient Pancakes:
1 mashed banana
2 eggs


METHOD


These are great for babies, toddlers and big kids love them too.
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl, add the banana and mix together to form a batter.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil/or butter in a frying pan and pour in the batter to create a thin pancake. (You can also make several small ones for the littlies).
  3. Let the pancake cook through and form bubbles before flipping, flip and let the other side cook through.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt, cinnamon, butter, pure maple syrup, nut butter, or your favourite toppings.
