
INGREDIENTS
2-Ingredient Pancakes:
1 mashed banana
2 eggs
METHOD
These are great for babies, toddlers and big kids love them too.
- Beat the egg in a bowl, add the banana and mix together to form a batter.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil/or butter in a frying pan and pour in the batter to create a thin pancake. (You can also make several small ones for the littlies).
- Let the pancake cook through and form bubbles before flipping, flip and let the other side cook through.
- Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt, cinnamon, butter, pure maple syrup, nut butter, or your favourite toppings.
