Collagen Smoothie

INGREDIENTS


400ml milk of your choice such as coconut milk

80g frozen berries such as raspberries, blackcurrants or blueberries

½ banana, chopped

3 Tbsp collagen

1 Tbsp cacao

½ avocado

½ tsp cinnamon


*Your choice of sweetener such as honey, stevia or maple syrup (optional)



METHOD


1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smoothly blended and pour into serving glasses.
