Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1x 400ml can of full fat coconut milk
1x 400ml can of full fat coconut cream (separate the coconut cream from the water)
5 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
1-2 tsp of vanilla paste, or 2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Method:
All you need to do is simply add everything to a blender and mix until everything is smooth.
Have a taste and decide if you need more sweetener or vanilla to your preference.
Freeze! (May take up to 6 hours).
Scoop and share with the family for a yummy, dairy-free and refined sugar-free dessert! Add slices of pineapple or melon for an extra tropical taste.
