Ingredients:

- 250ml coconut cream
- 250ml raw milk (or half cream half milk or all coconut cream)
- 5-6 egg yolks (5 yolks is pretty soft and a bit runnier)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1tsp vanilla paste
Method:
- Whisk all ingredients until well mixed.
- Divide up into ramekins or a baking dish.
- Put into roasting pan and fill with water up to half or 2/3 up the side of ramekin/baking dish.
- Bake around 170°C for 30-35 mins
Great treat for the lil' ones! Try adding some stewed fruit.
