
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups full fat coconut milk or cream
- 2 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp raw honey (or equivalent stevia to taste)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cacao nibs, toasted nuts or blueberries to garnish.
Method:
- Whisk cacao/cocoa powder into coconut milk/cream.
- Stir in all the other ingredients.
- Pour into glass bowl or 4 serving glasses.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs, toasted nuts or blueberries and serve.
