
Method:
- 3 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- 1 grated carrot
- 3 diced spring onions
- 1 1/3 cup grated cheese
- 3 eggs
Ingredients:
- Mix all ingredients together, leaving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
- Spoon into greased muffin tray or form patties on a baking tray.
- Bake at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 mins.
