
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
2 C berries (fresh or, if frozen, thawed)
2 Tbsp light coconut milk (or almond milk)
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Maple syrup or pitted dates
METHOD
- Add bananas, berries, and coconut milk into a food processor and mix to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding either maple syrup or pitted dates (optional) and continue blending to combine
- Add hemp seeds, chia seeds, and cinnamon and pulse to mix
- Transfer to 3-4 serving dishes
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
These desserts will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
