Banana, Hempseed & Berry Dessert

INGREDIENTS


2 bananas
2 C berries (fresh or, if frozen, thawed)
2 Tbsp light coconut milk (or almond milk)
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Maple syrup or pitted dates

METHOD


  1. Add bananas, berries, and coconut milk into a food processor and mix to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding either maple syrup or pitted dates (optional) and continue blending to combine
  2. Add hemp seeds, chia seeds, and cinnamon and pulse to mix
  3. Transfer to 3-4 serving dishes
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.


These desserts will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
