Six Great Uses of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider VinegarDid you know that apples and acetobacter form a great team? Acetobacter is a group of helpful bacteria endowed with the power to transform alcohol (which came from sugars in the apple) into vinegar. Apple cider vinegar comes from squeezing and crushing apples. The liquid which comes out undergoes two fermentation processes to produce vinegar. Again, we have bacteria to thank for that. If it weren't for the acetobacter group of bacteria, we will not be able to appreciate the following great uses of apple cider vinegar...unless you want to crush an apple and use it as is. Of course, don't forget to thank apples too.
